My County Wine Tours understands that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations or changes made more than 7 days before your scheduled tour date are eligible for either a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.
  • Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before your tour date may receive a partial refund or rescheduling option, depending on the circumstances and availability.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour, or failure to arrive for the tour, are non-refundable.
  • If poor weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control require the tour to be cancelled, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • Changes to group size should be provided as early as possible. Additional guests are subject to availability, and reductions in guest numbers within 72 hours of the tour may not be refundable.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the tour vehicle during the tour. Any repair costs or cleaning fees required due to damage, spills, excessive mess, or illness in the vehicle may be charged to the booking contact.
  • For the safety and comfort of everyone on the tour, My County Wine Tours reserves the right to refuse transportation to any guest who appears excessively intoxicated, aggressive, or disruptive. If a guest is not permitted to re-enter the vehicle for these reasons, no refund will be provided and alternate transportation will be the responsibility of the guest.
